Facebook is about to send a message to all the people across the globe who are connected to them via there Facebook’s account. This is the first time in the history of the Internet that a same message will be sent to a huge mass of people across the world. This is to inform them about the proposed updates in the site’s governing documents. Basically, this message is regarding voting for the approval of these updates. If a specified amount of people vote in favor or in against then that decision will be finalized by the Facebook team.
